EWOW BOT is a community maintenance bot of the HEAVY FAMILY server network. This page explains what information the bot collects, why for what purpose, and how long to keep it. And how do you request deletion? · Last updated. 02/11/2026
Short summary
The bot only stores what is necessary to function. Does not archive messages you type Does not collect your IP address (store as an irreversible value only) Do not sell or forward information to anyone for advertising purposes. And you can request that your data be deleted at any time.

- Gambling/scam website link and deceptive pictures (such as fake posts claiming to be MrBeast)
- Rapid typing, repeated messages, and prohibited words that the team has set.

Some messages were storedTemporaryOnly two cases: a record of edits/deletions on the team's log page (kept 21 for days and then automatically deleted) and conversations in the ticket room. That is kept as a copy for the team to read later.
THIRD PARTIESRelated external services
The bot sends some information to these services as necessary:
- Provider AI (Google Gemini, Groq, Mistral, Cerebras) — Submit your questions to the bot. Message in the ticket room and images that need to be inspected so that AI can help answer and help verify.
- ip-api.com — Send IP number to inquire about country. Only when you press confirm. Only yourself
- YouTube Data API — Pull public information of affiliated channels. It's not about your information.
The bot does not sell information. Do not use information for advertising. and do not forward it to anyone other than the above.

- Please see my own information — You can tell the team and we'll send it as a file.
- Request to delete data — You can delete everything tied to your account, including XP points and uploaded photos. and the value obtained from IP (Punishment records may be kept only as necessary to maintain the server.)
- Delete self-uploaded photos — Press delete immediately on the card editing page. No need to ask anyone
- You can not confirm your identity. — Web verification is optional. If you don't do this, no IP fees will be collected.
- Appeal from punishment — There's an appeal system available even after you've been banned.

This community has many youth members. The bot therefore intends to collect as little information as possible. It doesn't ask for your real name, address, phone number, email, or any financial information, and it doesn't collect IP numbers that can be traced back to real numbers.
