Casual profanity among friends is permitted and not prohibited.
Debates about games and personal preferences are permitted, provided they remain about the topic and not the person.

Insulting others with genuine intent to hurt, repeatedly harassing someone, or ganging up on another member.
Discriminatory language based on gender, religion, ethnicity, appearance or disability.
Disclosing another person's private information, such as their real name, address, photographs of their face or phone number.

Political content and content concerning the monarchy.
Promoting or showing off illegal drugs, illegal goods or gambling.
Game cheats, suspicious files and links designed to steal accounts.

Spam and Mentions
Warning Issued First
Active conversation is welcome; only behaviour that makes a channel impossible for others to follow is prohibited.
Permitted
If you wish to spam for fun, please use the designated spam channel, where you are free to do so.
Mentioning friends who are relevant to the current conversation is permitted.
Not Permitted
Repeatedly sending the same message or image in rapid succession in conversation channels.
Mentioning many people at once, or repeatedly mentioning someone to annoy them.
Using @everyone / @here for fun.

Posting in the Right Channel
Warning Issued First
Perfection is not required; posts simply need to be where others looking in that channel would expect to find them.
Permitted
If you are unsure which channel to use, you may ask in the main chat channel at any time.
If you realise you have posted in the wrong channel, you may delete the post and repost it; this is not counted as a violation.
Not Permitted
Posting another person's work in a showcase channel without giving credit.
Using a dedicated channel for casual chat to the extent that others cannot use it for its purpose.

Creative Work and Credit
Warning Issued First
Many artists are part of this server, so giving credit matters even more here than elsewhere.
Permitted
You may share other people's work, provided you state who created it or include a link to the original source.
Tracing or drawing over another person's work is permitted if the original is credited.
Not Permitted
Claiming another person's work as your own.
Using the work of server members elsewhere without first obtaining their permission.

Advertising and Direct Messages
Strictly Prohibited
This section is strictly enforced because it is the entry point for nearly all scams encountered on the server.
Permitted
If you wish to invite a friend to another server, you may do so privately by DM, but not in a channel.
If you wish to promote something on the server, you may always request permission from the staff first.
Not Permitted
Posting invitation links to other servers in channels.
Sending DMs to members to sell products, solicit investments or share suspicious links.
Impersonating staff, or using names or profile pictures that imitate other people.

Use of Bots
Warning Issued First
The bots on this server are here to be used, and you are welcome to use them freely.
Permitted
You may try any bot command; if unsure, please try it in the bot channel.
You may converse with the AI bot normally and ask it anything.
Not Permitted
Using bots to spam, play disruptive audio, or disconnect others from voice channels for fun.
Attempting to manipulate the AI bot into saying things that violate the server rules.
Penalties and Review
The system always issues an automatic warning first; nobody is banned without being informed. The only exceptions are Strictly Prohibited Content and scams, which result in immediate removal because they cannot wait.
1st–2nd offenceA warning in the channel and the message is removed; nothing is recorded against you.
3rd offenceA short timeout to allow time to cool down.
4th–5th offenceA longer timeout, recorded in your history.
6th offence and beyondRemoval from the server; returning and offending again will result in a ban.
Each time a penalty is applied, the system will send you a DM explaining which word or rule was involved, so you need not guess. If you believe the system has made an error, you may submit an appeal immediately.
Requesting Assistance
If you encounter any problem on the server, please open a ticket. An AI assistant responds immediately, 24 hours a day, and if the matter requires a human decision, the system will call the staff for you.
Questions the assistant can answer immediately include: available roles · how levelling works · why a channel is inaccessible · how to verify your identity.
Matters that always require staff: ban removal · reporting rule violations · requests for special roles.
Submitting an Appeal
You may submit an appeal yourself without waiting for anyone. The appeal page asks three questions and then forwards your case to the staff for review.
Only human staff members make decisions. The system has no authority to lift a ban, and no one will ever contact you by DM asking for money or passwords in exchange for lifting a ban. Anyone who does so is, without exception, a scammer.
